1. Information the site may process
The site may process basic technical information such as browser type, device type, pages visited, referrer information, approximate region, and interaction events through hosting, analytics, security, and performance tools.
The age gate may store a local browser value and an essential cookie on your device to remember that you confirmed adult access eligibility. This is a self-certification gate and is not a government-issued age verification record.
Creating a website account requires a separate adult-access affirmation. We do not ask for or store your date of birth, and the registration affirmation is not saved to your account.
Website accounts use a username, verified recovery email, securely hashed password, and essential session cookie. Passwords are never stored in plain text. Account emails are delivered through Resend. Expiring, single-use verification and reset links are stored only as hashes; resetting a password revokes existing website sessions. Hashed rate-limit identifiers help prevent abuse. Website accounts and Discord accounts have separate wallets and are not automatically merged.
If Discord login is enabled, the site may process your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar reference, login session status, linked bot account status, and generation-token balance information returned by the Minokai Discord bot backend.
2. Analytics and hosting
The site may use Vercel hosting and, only after consent, Vercel Analytics or similar privacy-conscious analytics tools to understand page performance and aggregate usage.
Analytics data is used to operate, secure, debug, and improve the site. You may choose essential cookies only.
3. Third-party platforms
Patreon, Discord, social media platforms, payment providers, and other linked services may collect account, payment, device, communication, and usage data under their own policies.
Do not submit payment information, private account credentials, Discord account tokens, bot tokens, recovery codes, or sensitive personal information directly to Minokai.com unless a dedicated secure feature is later added and expressly identified.
4. Children and minors
The site is not directed to children and is not intended for any person under eighteen (18) years of age.
The operator does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact the operator so the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.
